Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 Cups Beans
- 1/2 Cup Oats
- Seasonings
Mash the Beans
Take all the beans, and mash them up into a large bowl. Make sure you do not mash them too much or you will lose the starch in the beans.
Add the oats
Mix in the oats to the mashed beans.
Add the seasonings
I personally add garlic powder. If you want to add a vegetable chopped, you can, but I'm not sure if the burger will hold up the same, as the vegetables may not be able to attach to the oats like the beans do.
